Engagement Terms

Any project engagement with Techorbit Technology shall be governed by a mutually agreed written contract or proposal. The scope of work, project milestones, timelines, pricing, and payment terms will be clearly defined therein. Requests for modifications, additional features, or changes outside the agreed scope may result in revised timelines and additional commercial implications. Payment Terms

Termination

In such cases, payment for services rendered up to the termination date shall remain due and payable. Access credentials, project materials, or deliverables shall be released upon full settlement of outstanding dues.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided by Techorbit Technology shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

Amendments

Techorbit Technology reserves the right to revise or update these Terms at its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective upon publication on the website. Continued use of the website or services following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
